If You Want to Find Happiness

If you want to find happiness, the first thing to learn is this.

If you want to find happiness, the first thing you must learn is this:

Always be positive.

Did you ask how one can always be positive among so many troubles?

I am not telling you to play at optimism. But happiness requires success, and success requires a clear mind. And the most important hormone that clears and quickens the mind is dopamine.

Dopamine is the hormone that makes you happy, and it can sometimes be released after you become happy. So you can build your own dopamine cycle by trying to be positive. Then you look ahead with a happy and clean consciousness.

Also, to stay positive, deserve the place you have reached and truly believe in it.

If you truly believe you did everything you could for a goal and that you deserved that success, you stay positive even when you do not win.

I want this. To get it I must do such and such. I did everything I could. And I won.

Or:

I did everything I could but did not win. Still, my conscience is clear, because I did everything I could.

Now do something that will make you feel positive.

Eat chocolate.

Put on a lively song you love and dance.

Imagine you are in that peaceful place of your dreams.

Call someone you love and hear their voice.

Remember, the more space you occupy in the world the greater your happiness. You multiply your love by sharing it. You shrink sorrow and anger by the measure that you hide them, and whatever happens, you are human to the extent that you live happily in this life.

A person's age is the years they have lived. True. But their real lifetime is the good years they have lived.

I wish you all long lives.
